Labor Day Weekend is sort of the symbolic end of Summer here in the 512. It marks the beginning of Longhorn football and reminds us that Fall is coming. APD is well aware that when we don’t work, we play. So, APD has dubbed Labor Day Weekend a ‘no refusal‘ weekend in the 512; this includes a ‘no refusal’ weekend on Lake Austin for boaters. Be extra careful on the Lake and don’t drink and drive on the roads; you can’t afford it.
